Next Phase designed and implemented a national system which integrates Reltio and Salesforce with integrations of more than 30 data payloads -- supported by the Informatica product ecosystem -- for a major health insurance company. The system achieved improved user experience, provides enhanced security for data in-transit (source/target data scanning), and a significant reduction in ETL licensing costs. Serving approximately 4000 users across the US, the system improved the seamless handling of cases and utilizes workflows across multiple teams and locations.
