Duties

Required Skills & Yrs of experience:

  • Minimum experience 7 – 10 years of experience interacting with senior business and IT executives as a part of large MDM programs.
  • 3+ years experience in defining Data Governance/Standardization, Master Data Process Design, High Level MDM Architecture and the Implementation Roadmap.
  • 7+ years experience of working across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & IBM MDM Server for PIM based architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years experience or minimum 2 years end-to-end implementation experience in MDM Server for PIM, hands on and full lifecycle technology implementations.

This position performs business process analysis of system modifications, includes independent analysis of Change Requests (CR), participation in POC review, and analysis of system developer requirements to ensure CR requirements are met. Will develop test plans and test cases detailing expected results to validate correctness of system modifications, includes performing any file maintenance/system set up to allow test cases to execute successfully. A BA coordinates with Testers and monitors to ensure test cases are executed, documentation is present and accurate, expected results are obtained, and defect reporting and resolution is performed. Analyzes problems, identifies potential solutions, and works with the system developer to resolve problems. Completes daily status report, prepares written reports, has overall responsibility to ensure all assigned CRs are 100% tested by documented due dates to ensure changes do not have a negative impact on productivity and procedures for Medicare Fee for Service users. Provides assistance with complex testing efforts, may guide less experienced BAs, will be assigned complex CRs.
