Karen Rosenbauer Joins NPSS as Chief Growth Officer

Next Phase Solutions and Services (Next Phase) announced today that it is expanding its executive team, adding veteran growth leader Karen Rosenbauer as Chief Growth Officer. Everyone has their hidden super powers, and Karen’s is helping organizations scale the highest of peaks!

Next Phase provides Engineering and IT services that support scientific research, civil defense and the life sciences for HHS, NOAA, NASA, and DOL as well as numerous commercial customers. Having recently added several program wins at HHS/CMS and NOAA focused on data innovation and RF engineering studies, Karen joins Next Phase as the company enters a critical growth stage.

Karen’s approach to leadership combines developing innovative solutions, using scalable processes that enable high performing teams. As the former International Chief Marketing Officer for a Fortune 500 organization and one of the largest healthcare companies in the nation, Karen drove efforts to position the organization as a market leader internationally, increasing existing markets — while fully developing emerging markets. In addition, her background in advancing the growth of small businesses with multi-channel, multi-market products and services makes her the right fit for Next Phase.
