Spotlight: Salesforce and Reltio

Next Phase designed and implemented a national system that integrates Reltio and Salesforce with integrations of more than 30 data payloads -- supported by the Informatica product ecosystem -- for a major health insurance company. The system improved user experience, enhanced security for data in-transit (source/target data scanning), and significantly reduced ETL licensing costs. Serving approximately 4000 users across the US, the system improved the seamless handling of cases and utilized workflows across multiple teams and locations.
